What are your shipping options?

We keep it simple:

  • Standard: Arrives in 3–4 business days. Free on orders $75+.
  • Express: In a rush? Get it in 1–2 business days. Free on orders $150+.

Right now, we only ship within the U.S.—but the world’s on our radar. Stay tuned.

What shipping carrier do you use?

USPS, FedEx, and a few other trusted hands. While we can’t guarantee the exact carrier, we promise your package is moving with care.

How do I cancel my order?

Plans changed? Shoot us an email at hello@intervalofficial.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll make sure to hit pause.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

We’re all about easy. Head on over to our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 60 days and follow the step-by-step there. That’s the whole routine.

How much time do I have to return my items?

You’ve got a full 60 days from delivery to return or exchange. No pressure.

How will I be refunded?

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send your refund back to the original payment method—usually within 7–10 business days. You’ll get an email when it’s been processed.

How do I make an exchange?

Need a different fit or color? No problem. Get started at our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 60 days and we’ll sort it out.
