Any dispute relating to your use of the Site shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class actions are not permitted.

Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

22. Giveaway Contest Terms & Conditions

No purchase necessary. Open to U.S. residents only.

Employees of Interval are not eligible.

Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.

By participating, Interval may use the winner’s name for promotional purposes.
